Some products may not be available for international delivery due to legal or logistical restrictions. If a product cannot be shipped internationally, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
We aim to dispatch your order as promptly as possible. If your delivery has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to our customer service team.
Note on the shipment of "dangerous goods"
Our Hydrating Hand Sanitiser is currently only available in France and Monaco.
Delays Beyond Our Control
In the event of delays due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you with a revised delivery estimate. If the delay is substantial, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund for any items not received.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP Shipping)
For all orders shipped outside the EU, La Purative uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. This means all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are covered by us. You will not be charged anything additional upon delivery.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding shipping charges) on all packages shipped outside the EU. For international returns, customers should clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to help avoid unnecessary import duties.
While we cover all import costs at dispatch, La Purative cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred if return shipments are not properly declared.

We look to nature as our starting point, not only for our formulations, but also for our packaging. Wherever possible, we use recycled and recyclable materials, and our vessels and boxes are designed to be reused or repurposed with ease.

2. Return options
You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition, including all labels and packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
- Returns from Monaco and EU: Complimentary — a prepaid return label will be provided upon request.
- Returns from outside the EU: You may return using a courier of your choice. A tracked service is required, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@lapurative.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
