Customs clearance costs for EU countries are covered by La Purative SARL.

Shipping costs depends on the weight of the order and the destination country. For online orders, this price will be indicated before the final validation of the order.

2. Return

Returnable items can be sent back to La Purative within 7 working days after the invoice date. Please note: the items must be absolutely new and in their original condition, including all labels and original packaging, and must be returned with the invoice.

Returns will be sent by post with tracking. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
