OUR FOUNDERS
Stefan Parkes, co-founder of La Purative, grew up between the sophistication of Monaco and the natural beauty of Provence. This unique upbringing cultivated a deep appreciation for harmonising luxury and nature—a philosophy that now defines the brand.
Global travels strengthened Stefan’s commitment to developing products that offer a luxury experience while embracing simplicity and sustainability. As a pioneer in what he believes to be a shift toward conscious luxury, he strives to lead the way in transforming the industry.
Holding a degree in hospitality from a prestigious Swiss hotel school, he has worked at some of the world’s most iconic establishments, including The Ritz in London and Raffles in Singapore. A turning point in his career led him to work for a Swiss sustainable cosmetics company, where he gained the knowledge and experience needed to innovate in the industry. These professional experiences, coupled with his love for nature, have sharped an eye for detail, which he has seamlessly blended with his adventurous spirit in his products.
As co-founder of La Purative, Stefan is on a mission to redefine luxury by combining quality, transparency, and, most importantly, harmony with nature at its core.
Carolyn Sandoval, co-founder and legal counsel for La Purative, has lived and worked in the Principality of Monaco for over 20 years.
With successful businesses in both Monaco and Asia, Carolyn has extensive experience providing private client services to high-net-worth individuals. This along with extensive business and leisure travel has allowed her to recognize a shift towards a more sustainable approach in the luxury sector.
Her deep knowledge of this market is complemented by her passion for sports and wellness, which she actively pursues as a regular user of Monaco's Elite facilities.
Through her experiences, Carolyn is convinced that the luxury industry must further evolve toward a conscious consumption without compromises about excellence but with a higher consideration to transparency and sustainability.
