Delivery times vary by location: France and Monaco orders arrive in 1–4 working days, EU orders in 2–7 days, Non-EU Europe in 2–4 days, and international orders in 3–6 days via DHL Express. La Purative accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories intact. Returns are free for orders from Monaco and EU countries. For all other international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees.
